In the event that you responded “yes” to any of these questions, we kindly request you refrain from visiting a Carousel office in the immediate future and instead hold the meeting leveraging video conferencing. A Carousel team member will take the lead in sending a video conference invitation.
We also ask that, on the day of the visit, you kindly ensure you are in good health for a face-to-face meeting during this period of heightened alert. We also ask that you plan to wear a mask in common and high traffic areas of the office, outside of your designated conference space. Along with mask wearing we ask that you frequently wash your hands during your visit, or utilize Carousel provided hand sanitizer. For added safety, please practice standard social distancing as well, with at least six feet of space between you and those you are meeting with.
If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, the meeting should not occur in a live office setting.
