Carousel Raises Money at Cisco Connect to Supply Local Police Car with Life-Saving AED

VP of Marketing | Carousel
At Carousel, we are fortunate to be afforded many opportunities to pay it back, whether it’s through donating laptops to in-need communities, walking to raise money towards a cure, or partnering with others on a personal cause.
During Cisco Connect Boston, Carousel partnered with Jake Skole, a Cisco Account Manager, to raise money for Six10 AED, an organization whose mission is to raise awareness about Sudden Cardiac Arrest and to ensure every first responder in Massachusetts has an AED on-hand.
During Carousel’s after-party at the Scorpion Bar, Carousel CEO Jeff Gardner and CRO Jim Marsh talk about Six10 AED and award one lucky raffle winner with Patriots tickets.
We are thrilled to report that we had an out-pour of love and support as we worked to sell raffle tickets and raise money for this cause. Thanks to your kind donations, Jake reported that we raised enough money to purchase a new AED, which will be donated to a MA police department. To date, his organization has donated 10 AEDs to various police departments across the state, two of which were used to save the lives of two individuals in cardiac arrest.
We always knew we had the best customers, partners, and team members. We cannot thank you enough for supporting this great cause. With the utmost appreciation, our most sincere thank you for participating in this effort.
